Who you'll work with.
SiteAligners is a small, independent studio in Metro Detroit that builds websites for dental practices only. The person who takes your twenty-minute consultation is the same person who designs the site, writes the pages, shoots the photos, builds the code, launches it on your domain and answers the phone afterwards. No account manager, no hand-offs, no outsourced build.
One studio, one caseload.
Most dental websites are made by a sales rep, a project manager, a designer and a developer who never meet the dentist. That is how a practice ends up with a site nobody can explain. Here the chain is one link long. You describe the practice; the person listening is the one who will build it, which is why the consultation has no deck and no follow-up campaign — it's a working conversation, not a pitch.
The caseload is deliberately limited. A build gets finished start to finish before the next one starts, so three weeks means three weeks, and "launched" means live on your domain with the old site switched off, not "in the queue."
One point of contact from the first call through retention. Decisions are made on the call, not relayed.
A team of specialists who each own a slice. If you want a large agency with a bench, this isn't that, and we'll say so.
The dental industry, not the agency world: years spent in dental offices across the US, and in the labs that serve them.
Procedure pages, before & after galleries and cost explainers are written from the inside. Nothing on your site has to be learned at your expense.
How a build actually runs.
The timeline below is the one written into the agreement. Every stage has one owner, and it's the same owner.
| Stage | What we do | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|
| Chairside | A twenty-minute call about the practice and the current site. You leave with an honest read on whether the spend is worth it this year — if it isn't, we say so. | Twenty minutes, and a look at your current website first if you'd like one: the free website check. |
| Week 1 — Impressions | Kickoff, the office photo shoot if you've added one, and content: the procedure pages, team bios and cost explainers are drafted from a short questionnaire and the call. | About an hour of your time across the week: the questionnaire, headshots and a review of the page list. Uploads go through your client portal, not email chains. |
| Week 2 — Fitting | Design and build on a private preview link you can open on any device. Reviews, galleries and search setup are wired in as they're built. | Nothing, unless you want to watch. |
| Week 3 — Seating | Two rounds of revisions, then a zero-downtime cutover to your own domain with your email preserved. | Your feedback on the preview, and a yes. |
| Retention | Hosting, security, updates, new cases added as you send them, review counts kept current, and a performance report by email each month. Fourteen days of post-launch fixes are included either way. | Send changes when you have them. The plan is month to month and you keep everything if you stop. |
What you can hold us to.
- A flat quote before work begins. One number, agreed up front, no change orders. The full scope and the rate for anything outside it are published on what's included.
- Three weeks, in the contract. Kickoff to launch, written into the agreement rather than the sales pitch.
- You own everything. Design, code, photography, content and domain. If we ever part ways, it all goes with you.
- No lock-in. The care plan is month to month. Cancel any time and the site, images and domain leave with you.
- The same person, throughout. Nothing is subcontracted. If that ever changes, it will be written here first.
- Measured, not estimated. Load times, scores and review counts on this site are real measurements with the date attached. The proof page shows the first case, numbers included.
Where we are.
Metro Detroit, in Oakland County. Photo shoots and patient-story films are done on site across Southeast Michigan; the build itself is remote, so a practice anywhere in the United States can work with the studio and most of the three weeks looks the same either way. The phone is answered on weekdays, 9 to 5 Eastern.
Start with the person who'll build it.
A short call about your practice and your current site. You'll leave knowing whether treatment is worth it this year — even if it's not with us.
